Yes, 100% free. We never charge clients: not for posting the project, not for receiving quotes, not for hiring the professional. Our business model is based on a small fee that professionals pay to contact you, and that does not affect the price they quote you.
02Does it work for small jobs like a tap or a socket?
Absolutely. YOTU works both for one-off repairs (replacing a socket, unblocking a pipe, touching up paint) and for full renovations. The difference is that on small jobs you usually get replies within a few hours.
03Which cities in Spain does YOTU operate in?
We operate all over Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Málaga, Bilbao, Zaragoza and every provincial capital and mid-sized town. In rural areas coverage depends on the availability of local professionals, but we keep growing every month.
04How do I leave a review once the job is finished?
When you mark the project as completed, you receive a link to rate the professional with stars (1 to 5), write a detailed comment and optionally upload photos of the result. Reviews are public and appear on their profile to help other clients.
