General refund rules for YOTU subscriptions and digital services.
This policy defines the general cancellation and refund criteria for YOTU's paid services.
It applies across the ecosystem's products, except where specific contractual terms have been accepted for a particular plan.
This policy applies uniformly to the YOTU brand and the digital services managed within its ecosystem.
Where a product has additional specific conditions, those conditions supplement this document without replacing its general framework, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Most features are provided as a digital service with immediate access.
Where performance of the service begins after activation, the right of withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Paid plans may renew periodically according to the option selected when purchasing.
Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not automatically imply a refund for a period already billed, unless required by law or where an incident is attributable to YOTU.
A full or partial refund may be considered where an incorrect charge, an unresolved critical technical failure or substantial service unavailability attributable to YOTU is demonstrated.
As a general rule, refunds are not available in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted through official support channels, indicating the account, payment reference, charge date and a detailed reason.
We review each case individually and respond within a reasonable time according to its complexity.
For questions about payments, cancellations or refunds, use the official channels of the relevant YOTU product.
