Canadian terms of use

Local draft · 2 October 2026

Access, company boundaries, construction projects and Canadian document responsibilities.

Canadian document status

This is a local draft for review before Canadian service activation. It is not an effective subscription agreement and does not authorize a payment. The existing contracts for other markets remain separate.

Service operator

YOTU is operated by NEXUSVIBE SL, tax identifier B70966650, C/Casas de Miravete Nº 22A Planta 4, Oficina 4, 28031 Madrid. General inquiries: info@yotu.pro.

The Canadian market does not create a new Canadian legal entity or change the service operator. This document concerns the Canadian market only.

Products and company boundaries

YOTU Pro connects construction clients and professionals. YOTU Invoices supports estimates, invoices, expenses and payment records. OS, Time and Jobs have their own access and availability conditions. Each company's customers, projects, documents and fiscal settings belong to its own market.

Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate account and company information, protect your credentials and access only companies and records for which you have permission. A public Canadian page or a Canadian URL does not grant access to another company's records.

Estimates, invoices and taxes

The issuing company remains responsible for its legal identity, registrations, supply location, tax treatment and supporting records. An estimate is not an invoice; a pro forma is not proof of payment. Canadian documents use CAD and their saved language and measurement settings.

Construction services and professional qualifications

Clients and professionals agree directly on the work, materials, schedule and price. They must verify the licences, insurance, permits and provincial or local requirements applicable to the trade and project. A profile or illustrative image is not proof of a licence or guaranteed availability.

Prices and activation

Canadian subscription proposals are shown in CAD. A price display is not an active checkout. The payable amount, taxes, interval, renewal and cancellation conditions must be disclosed before an authorized purchase. Balances in other currencies are not automatically Canadian funds.

Province, territory and language

Applicable mandatory federal, provincial and territorial rights remain in force. A language selection does not waive consumer or privacy rights, change a company market or convert historical documents.

For Québec, French commercial documents and the French version of an adhesion contract must be provided as required by the Charter of the French language. Choosing English in the interface does not by itself establish the express choice required to contract in another language.
