The Canadian market does not create a new Canadian legal entity or change the service operator. This document concerns the Canadian market only.

The Canadian presentation covers all provinces and territories in English and French. Illustrative businesses and generated worker images are presentation examples, not customer endorsements or verified professional listings. Other markets' customer reviews are not Canadian evidence.

Applicable mandatory federal, provincial and territorial rights remain in force. A language selection does not waive consumer or privacy rights, change a company market or convert historical documents.

For Québec, French commercial documents and the French version of an adhesion contract must be provided as required by the Charter of the French language. Choosing English in the interface does not by itself establish the express choice required to contract in another language.
