Canadian cancellation and refunds

This is a local draft for review before Canadian service activation. It is not an effective subscription agreement and does not authorize a payment. The existing contracts for other markets remain separate.

The Canadian market does not create a new Canadian legal entity or change the service operator. This document concerns the Canadian market only.

Paid Canadian services are not activated by this local price proposal. The final cancellation, renewal, unused-credit and refund conditions must accompany the applicable service offer before payment. This draft does not import another market's no-refund rule.

Contact info@yotu.pro about a charge or refund request, identifying the relevant company and transaction through a private support channel. Do not publish card details, bank account numbers or personal fiscal identifiers. Mandatory applicable consumer remedies remain available.

Applicable mandatory federal, provincial and territorial rights remain in force. A language selection does not waive consumer or privacy rights, change a company market or convert historical documents.

For Québec, French commercial documents and the French version of an adhesion contract must be provided as required by the Charter of the French language. Choosing English in the interface does not by itself establish the express choice required to contract in another language.
