Canadian cookie policy

This is a local draft for review before Canadian service activation. It is not an effective subscription agreement and does not authorize a payment. The existing contracts for other markets remain separate.

The Canadian market does not create a new Canadian legal entity or change the service operator. This document concerns the Canadian market only.

The interface uses storage for security, session continuity and selected language or consent preferences. Canadian market routing is separate from a company's authoritative business market.

Use Cookie settings to review optional analytics and advertising choices. Refusing optional tracking must not change your company market or require moving to another language. The final provider and cookie inventory must be confirmed before Canadian activation.

Applicable mandatory federal, provincial and territorial rights remain in force. A language selection does not waive consumer or privacy rights, change a company market or convert historical documents.

For Québec, French commercial documents and the French version of an adhesion contract must be provided as required by the Charter of the French language. Choosing English in the interface does not by itself establish the express choice required to contract in another language.
